- Premise/ space to run a centre, with sufficient scope for future expansion
- Investment amount of Rs.30 - 45 lakhs
- Classroom and administrative infrastructure
- Computer lab
- Recommended hardware & software
- Adequate personnel to staff the centre
How the Process Works
Once an in-principle agreement to proceed with a partnership with Arena is reached,
the following steps will be completed before you commence your own Arena centre:
Fill network forms
The network forms detail the franchise background and act as an initial expression of interest
Sign the agreement
The official agreement is witnessed and signed by Arena and you to confirm the business partnership
Pay TKH fees
The technical-know-how fee is payable upon signing the agreement
Location is finalised
The centre location is finalised through mutual consent
Centre start-up kit dispatches
Your centre receives start-up manuals and other documentation including marketing material
Infrastructure will be set up
You will proceed to set up the centre infrastructure
Manpower to be recruited and trained
You shall recruit the faculty and other centre staff. Arena will provide orientation session to all staff
Marketing plan & centre launch
You shall put in place a marketing plan prior to launching the centre. You are now ready to start your own Arena centre!
