Arena Animation students win awards at Chambal International Film Festival

Baisakhi Karmakar and Bhavesh Patel, students of Arena Animation, shared the award for the Best Director (Student) Animation Film, at the Chambal International Film Festival. While Baisakhi won the award for her short film 'Save Water Save Life', Bavesh won it for his short film 'Foul in Love'. Arena Animation student works - Dark Knight Falls & Inseparable (by Nilesh Parui) received Festival Special Mentions.

The two-day Chambal International Film Festival received 316 film submissions from across 28 countries. Of those, 160 films were selected for screening during the event and awards in 15 categories including Best Animation Film, Best Film, Best Short Film, and Best Story. The film festival was held in Kota, Rajasthan.

Chambal International Film Festival presented the audience with a chance to watch some wonderful animated films, short films, documentary films, and music videos of various international filmmakers as well as budding talents.
