Step 1
Recruitment request:
Organizations Arena Animation of their need for skilled & talented candidates.
Step 2
Short-listing candidates:
On receiving such a recruitment request, the Placements Team coordinates with various Arena centres & provides a list of suitable candidates to be interviewed for the job.
Step 3
Final selection:
The company tests & interviews the candidate and upon selection, the organization makes an offer & the candidate joins the company.
