Arena organizes hugely successful creative careers event in Bangalore
Bangalore: On Thursday, September 10, 2009, the Academics Team of Arena Animation organized yet another hugely successful Creative Minds event in Bangalore.
The event was conducted at the Mother Tekla Auditorium & saw active participation from 300-plus students from all centres in Bangalore & around the city.
Senior animation industry figure Prof. RL Mistry & Puneet Sharma of Arena Animation attended the event & served as jury members to judge students’ work.
Shyamal Das, Teritory Academics Head, West & South Zone, Arena Animation too attended the
event, along with MR Shankar, Regional Academics Head, South, Arena and Ramesh M, Regional
Academics Head, North, Arena.
Creative Minds is Arena’s flagship inter-centre students’ competition where students get about 30 days to create original work to be showcased at the event. The best work is shortlisted & some selected works are displayed during the regional grand finale.
There was tough competition for the top prizes in each category. Finally, the jury succeeded in selecting the winners:

The excited students all agreed that such events are a must to help them develop their skills to meet industry standards.
