Arena Animation organised ‘Astitva 2008’, a digital art exhibition for their students in Jamshedpur. 160 students participated in the event which saw them showcase their creativity in graphics, 2D and 3D animation, as well as photo retouching and synchronisation.
Digital art is art created on a computer in digital form. This can be completely computer-generated or modifications made to an already-existing source - such as a photograph. In the wider sense, digital art is contemporary art that uses methods of mass production and media.
For their creative use of graphics, Shashank Shekhar, Priyanka Sinha and Farhan Naaz bagged the first, second and third spots respectively. |
